QUETTA: Former Balochistan Chief Minister and President of National Party Dr Abdul Malik Baloch alleged the provincial government for snubbing the situation triggered after the outbreak of coronavirus, adding that the incumbent government handling the pandemic seriously.

“Due to negligence of the current government, the virus has spread across the province and innocent people are being killed as no health facilities are available for Covid-19 patients in government hospitals,” Dr Baloch said on Monday while addressing Journalists in Turbat.

He further added that the death ratio might climb up to an alarming level if the provincial government didn’t impose a complete lockdown in Balochistan.

“Ironically, in the entire province, testing facilities are available only in Quetta and rest of the districts are deprived from Covid-19 testing,” the former CM said demanded testing facilities at district and divisional level.
