Reviews passing out parade of 65th FC (South) batch in Khuzdar

QUETTA: Balochistan Frontier Corps (FC) Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Brig Rehan Aaqil has lauded the key role of the paramilitary force in maintaining peace in the province and termed the force a pride of the people.

“The nation has confidence in the abilities of FC Jawans,” he said, and expressed the hope that newly inducted cadets would rise to public expectations and would always be ready to protect their motherland. He also emphasized that national unity is the key to the country’s development.

He was addressing the passing-out parade of the 65th Frontier Corps (South) batch in Khuzdar.

He was accompanied by Sector Commander West Brig Saqib Mirza and Col Tauqeer Ali Kiyani.

District Education Officer Munir Ahmed Sasoli, Sardar Buland Khan Ghulamani, civil and military officers, tribal elders and relatives of newly inducted cadets also attended the ceremony which saw around 496 cadets join the paramilitary force upon completion of their training.

He said the country’s prosperity is linked with Balochistan whose people are patriots, adding that countering designs of the enemies is part of our responsibilities and that our journey towards development would continue.

Brig Rehan Aaqil also administered the oath to the graduating cadets and distributed certificates and shields among outstanding performers.
