After Mahira, Aiman Khan is the next Pakistani celeb to hit 5 million Instagram followers

The new mom thanked her fans for reaching the milestone

Actor Aiman Khan has broken records as the second Pakistani celebrity to hit 5 million followers.  The star follows Mahira Khan, who was the first to hit the whopping number in October.

Aiman took to the social media platform to thank her fans for helping her to reach the milestone and tagged her new clothing line AnM Closet, which she launched with her twin sister Minal this year.

"Celebrating 5M Instagram family. Thank-you for the love," Aiman captioned her post. Minal and Mom actor Sajal Aly closely follow behind Aiman to the five million mark.

Aiman took a break from working this year after her and husband Muneeb Butt were blessed with a baby daughter in August. The couple tied the knot last year. "I don’t have words to explain the feelings," Muneeb wrote on his Instagram at the time, confirming the birth.

Mahira became the first local celeb to hit a 5 million fan base after her stint at Paris Fashion Week where she walked the ramp with stars such as Camila Cabello, Aishwarya Rai and Eva Longoria.

The Superstar actor is also the first Pakistani artist to bag several international accolades, first Pakistani artist to have walked on Cannes Red Carpet and first Pakistani artist to have starred with Shah Rukh Khan.
