Secretary for Communication and Works Department briefed the Chief Justice and other high court judges about the construction work.
Appreciating the efforts, Justice Mandokhail directed the secretary and contractor to complete the building as early as possible.
Later, upon arrival at the Muslim Bagh Judicial Complex, Justice Mandokhail was given a guard of honour, after which the Chief Justice formally inaugurated the Judicial Complex and subsequently attended a dinner hosted by the lawyers.
Commissioner Zhob, Deputy Commissioner Killa Saifullah and SSP Killa Saifullah were also present.
The Chief Justice heard the problems of the lawyers and judicial officers and, in his address, issued directives to address them.
He emphasised that lawyers and the judiciary should provide cheap and prompt justice to the people. “The officers are obliged to use all their abilities to eliminate all the delays in handling the cases,” he added.
In his speech, the Chief Justice affirmed that the judicial officers of the province have been provided all the facilities and accommodation in the best manner possible, reiterating that no corruption, negligence or incompetence would be tolerated.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail was accompanied by Registrar Balochistan High Court Rashid Mehmood, District and Sessions Judge Abdul Qayyum Lehri, Secretary to Chief Justice Malik Shoaib Sultan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Aminullah Kasi and Additional and Sessions Judge Amjad Dashti on the occasion.
