The text of the letter sent to the vice-chancellor reads:
With due respect, it is stated that Mr. Noor Mustafa Awan, Lecturer, Institute of information technology, has been harassing the female students of the institute throughout his time of this institute.
He has been threatening that if the female students do not co-operate with him in his inappropriate sexual demands, then he will fail them. The female students are going through both mental and physical agony and some of the students are so scared that they are afraid of raising their voice on this issue.
But, this situation is prevailing and getting out of hand and we have now decided to not remain silent on this issue and to bring this alarming issue in the notice of all the authorities and at all possible platforms be it electronic or print media.
We here by request that a callous action may please be taken against him as soon as possible so that he and others like him may learn a lesson. It is requested that in order to prevent any further exploitation of the female students by him in future he must at least be terminated.

Hey "unknown" and All "Anonymous":
You have done FOUR major mistakes...
You said that your class fellow was a victim of Mr. Noor Mustafa. (You have not mentioned her name) You said that your classfellow approached female staff to work on that incident. (You have not mentioned her name). Female staff became silent. (may be she did not find truth in it, OR may be she have not been contacted i.e. you have mentioned it wrong here) You have blamed the Management of the Department without mentioning chain of reasons.Listen "unknown" and all "Anonymous", what is the truth? what is falsification? Since you cant logically express the truth why you claim for justice? Your approach clearly mention your cruel intentions of DEFAMING a man from a Noble profession. Why dont you mention all the identities to help in finding the true facts and resolve the matter... Why you playing the role of a coward person??
Dear all readers: Before thinking about any matter, you should clearly find the facts by genuine sources, than make conclusion that what is TRUE. Writing about anybody should carefully been justified first. I think every reader have understood my point.
This is not the first time that this kind of incident has happened in the department of IT of QAU. My class fellow was also a victim. She was threatened at home as well at the IT department. She raised a voice and discussed her matter to the female staff, in which the female teacher ignored her and put a silent to her mouth. I blame the management of the department.
hi i think qau our prestigious university image is strongly effected by these NEWS or may be actual case of sexual harassment if done by controller of exams or a teacher in IT .any girl/woman who is a staff student or teacher at qau all are respected in the same way so it is imperative for university policies to have cross questioning from all concerned especially when sexual harassment cases occur why only females become victims and also the key posts in the university administration where the heads are mostly male do misbehave not only with female students but also female teachers.the crucial point to be stressed females and females only If a teacher is innocent then we must put the blame on student or if student is innocent we change our blame to a teacher in every aspect only our university image is badly effected .so i suggest that our administration of QAU should have at least 50%or above %of only women working for key posts and other posts when our universities are co-education then why in majority men are employed in administration section females should be there by this we can have a much better environment to work -- regular weekly meetings must be held in every deptt in which all teachers and chairman can discuss the performance of every student so that the marks issues should not be left ignored because of this semester system we need lots of meetings between teach although students have a right to ask for marks if students are satisfied no one can dare to threat a teacher in this whole issue teacher is the only one who can either win a student or lose a student more and more discussions on marks of student are very important so lets see with a few solutions how can we improve our university, last but not the least we as teachers are never invited for openly expressing our relations with students only deans and chairman attend meetings teachers are ignored and very rare these innocent teachers of QAU find opportunity to say what is in their heart we as architects of society are not involved as individuals in the reforming of society my views are very clearly understood by my parent department at the noble QUAID-I-AZAM UNIV
I belong to the Institute Of Information Technology QAU and I am the student of Sir Noor Mustafa Awan. We all students know that he is innocent. The girl who accused our honorable teacher was going to be dropped out from the university because she was on prob(already failed in two subjects) this was her last chance. she went to the office and asked the teacher if he would pass her well and good if not then she will show him her power using Media. And the media without knowing the real fact exaggerated everything. I request u all, before writing any comment just know the reality..........
It is unbearable crime; I salute the students who raise their voice to banish it.
What a shame; these twats are polluting the sacred profession! Its not only happening in here but in most of our education sector! Allah bless us!!
