ISLAMABAD:
The anti-polio campaign continued on Tuesday across 97 districts of the country as more than four million workers are providing services during the three-day drive.

The campaign being carried out for the eradication of the crippling disease from the country aims to administer polio drops to as many as 20 million children across the country, including the seven tribal districts where more than five million children are eligible for polio drops.

Similarly, more than six million children are being given polio drops in 20 districts of Sindh and another six million across 12 districts in Punjab.  In Balochistan around one million children are being fed polio drops and more than two million children are being given the drops in Islamabad.

Organisers of the anti-polio drive have requested all schools of thought to play their role in facilitating the campaign as only two drops of polio can save children from a lifelong disability.
