PPP MNA claims PM wants to establish one-party rule
"And this [authoritarian regime] will be headed by the captain [Prime Minister Imran Khan]. Imran Khan wants to establish a one-party rule in Pakistan." She said that adding the names of the PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the CM was an act of political vindictiveness by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government.

"Paralysing Sindh's government will also affect the Centre," she warned. She said that the country's foreign exchange reserves have dropped to $7.9 billion, which are hardly sufficient for the import bills of around two to three months.
She cited inflation and expensive public utilities as the failures of the PTI government, which it wanted to hide under the cloak of action against political opponents. She said that PPP's leaders were not afraid of arrest and imprisonment.
Opposition parties want Murad to abdicate
Shah said that the PTI was trying to oust the PPP from Sindh government. But she asserted that it was beyond the PTI's powers to remove the PPP from the Sindh government. "Imran Khan’s approach is hurting the institutions. It has made the National Accountability Bureau and Federal Investigation Agency controversial."
Shah objected to the functioning of the Supreme Court-mandated Water Commission arguing that it was assigned the task of submitting reports but it rather engaged itself in giving orders to the bureaucracy and the local bodies. "The PPP's stance is that all the institutions should work within their parameters."
