Spokesperson for PTI Balochistan chapter says provincial govt has to address our reservations

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is well aware of the problems of Balochistan. It will not only send workable suggestions to the federal government for resolution of the problems but will also see to it that their recommendations are immediately implemented.

This was stated by PTI Balochistan spokesperson Babar Yousufzai in a statement issued by the provincial secretariat on Monday.

Things don’t look good for PTI Balochistan chief

The spokesperson said, “The PTI will bring its fair share of changes in Balochistan. If the provincial government seeks consultation in development projects, we will provide guidance.”

Yousufzai said that the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) was its coalition partner in the province.

“Honouring our chairman’s promise, we will try our level best to support the BAP but for that the provincial government and the BAP leadership should address the reservations of our workers,” he said, adding that his party’s struggle was for a peaceful and developed Balochistan.

“Every possible step will be taken for the betterment of the people of the province,” he promised.

Expressing sorrow over the martyrdom of a Levies personnel the other day in Pishin, Yousufzai said, “We are with the families of the martyrs. The martyrs, who sacrifice their lives for the country, are our pride.”

He demanded of the government to announce better packages for the families of the martyrs.

Levies Risaldar Muhammad Afzal was martyred by unidentified armed men in the Junction Chowk area on Sunday.
The statement comes weeks after PTI Balochistan President Yar Muhammad Rind expressed his serious reservations over not being taken onboard by the provincial government while allocating ministries.
Up till now PTI members have been allocated the provincial health ministry and the Balochistan Assembly deputy speaker’s post. Naseebullah Marri is the health minister, while Babar Musakhel the deputy speaker.
