Loralai gets medical college
DC says such institutions to produce qualified doctors for the province and country

Loralai Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Nassar Dotani has said that the provincial government is taking practical measures to provide basic facilities, including health and education, in respective areas of the district.
He stated this while visiting the newly-constructed Medical College Loralai. Dotani also inspected its class rooms, library, auditorium, laboratory, staff room and other sections of the college.

The DC said that the establishment of a high court branch and medical college would play an important role in development of Loralai district.
"Such institutions are not only useful for the area but will also produce doctors specialised in various medical fields for the entire province as well as the country," the DC added.
The DC was briefed about Medical College Loralai by Project Director Engineer Gull Zaman and Deputy Director Engineer Sardar Gull Hassan.
Hospital in Balochistan pledged as cancer spreads
They said at least 12 teaching faculties were recruited for Medical College Loralai and 30 more faculties would join after being appointed.
Residing houses for staff members had already been constructed, they added.
"All ongoing projects of Medical College Loralai, including admin block, laboratories, museum, and hostel have been completed along with water availability," they said in the briefing.
They said bus, furniture, computers and medical equipment were bought for students of the medical college and its classes would immediately start after admissions.
Balochistan hospitals to be automated
The DC appreciated the efforts of local engineers and principle of Medical College Loralai and said that it was a positive measure for the district and the province.
Loralai District Council Chairman Shams Hamza Zai assured the DC and the medical college administration that he would cooperate with them in this regard.
Zai also announced to provide funds for the ground and boundary wall of the Medical College Loralai.
Zai, Medical College Principle, Assistant Commissioner Bori Mir Baz Marri, Tehsildar Bori Asad Khan Sherani, Deputy Director Sadullah Khan Kadaizai and others were present.
