Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Monday warned to bring the "entire nation" to the streets if Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif is given an NRO in the Rs1.2 billion Hudaibiya scam case.

“We will not accept this. Hudaibiya Papers Mill case is an open and shut case and we demand an inquiry into it in the Supreme Court,” Imran said while speaking to media in Sehwan.

The PTI chairman said politics of reconciliation and deals will not be accepted anymore since the entire nation is against "corrupt mafia". “We will see them in jail,” he said while taking a jibe at Pervez Musharraf and former president Asif Zardari.

He stated that both Musharraf and Zardari had obtained NROs and were able to carry out corrupt practices. Further, Imran claimed Zardari and former premier Benazir Bhutto had spent Rs2 billion in Swiss bank accounts, and the NRO was a result of it.

Imran also pointed out the flaws in the current government and stated that Pakistan's foreign policy is incomprehensible, and the people don't understand the direction it is taking. In a direct hit towards PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and his government, the cricketer-turned-politician stated there are only corrupt individuals occupying top offices.

Further, the PTI chief said his party urges for an early election so all these problems can be swiftly dealt with. "Free and fair early elections are the best way to deal with the country's current condition," he upheld.

Imran also stated that any political party that shows affiliation with Altaf Hussain should be disqualified and not be allowed to participate in the elections. "MQM can only prosper and succeed if they separate themselves from Altaf as he has openly spoken against the state of Pakistan," he added.

Imran continued, "If any political party in India showed sympathy or support towards a figure who openly supported Pakistan - they would have never been allowed to run the elections and Pakistan needs to adopt such a style."
