Section 144 imposed on construction in Sihala

The CDA imposes section 144 immediate effect for two months

ISLAMABAD: The Capital District Administration has imposed section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to prohibit the illegal construction within areas of POL Depot ASC Sihala Islamabad with immediate effect for two months.

The order was issued from the office of the Additional District Magistrate Captain (retd) Shoaib Ali, according to press statement.

The order said that it has come to knowledge through Station Commander Headquarter Rawalpindi Log Area that growing illegal civil construction in shape of massive structure was being carried out within the area of POL Depot ASC Sihala Islamabad, providing sufficient ground to prohibit the illegal constructions.
