Starlet is the first Pakistani star to have been named the brand ambassador of L'Oreal Paris

Mahira Khan strutted in style on the final day of Pakistan's Bridal Couture Week as she was announced the Brand Ambassador of L'Oreal Paris.

Mahira is the first Pakistani star to have been named the ambassador of the prestigious brand and is now standing with the likes of Sonam Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai , Naomi Watts, Eva Longoria and Helen Mirren.

The starlet made an inspiring speech at the event, motivating all the women to believe in themselves and strive for the better.



"Through the times of turbulence, through the joys, through the ups and downs, through the mistakes we make and all the success we get, let nobody... nobody's opinion define who you are," said the Raees star, "And if anybody defines who you are, let it be yourself. Because including me and all the women out there, we're all worth it!"

She then went on to add that she will continue to work harder to make everyone proud.

"I am very honoured and very humbled that I am the first Pakistani brand ambassador for L'Oreal," she added.

On the work front, Mahira will next be seen in Shoaib Mansoor helmed, Verna. The movie is all set to release on Nov 17 this year.
