KARACHI: President Mamnoon Hussain met Dawoodi Bohra community spiritual leader His Holiness Dr Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin at the State Guest House on Monday.
President Hussain appreciated Dr Saifuddin for his teachings which called for peace and harmony. He hoped that people would embrace his message of love and care for mankind.
The law and order situation in the country has significantly improved owing to better planning and efforts, President Hussain said in the meeting. People of all faiths and schools of thought are free to perform their religious obligations in the country, he added. He informed Dr Saifuddin that promoting religious harmony is an integral part of the government's policy and the government will not compromise on it.

Dr Saifuddin appreciated the measures taken by the government to facilitate him and the Dawoodi Bohra community.
