LGH appoints 22 new senior registrars

New appointees would serve at neurology, pediatrics, plastic surgery, general surgery, medicine and other departments

LAHORE: The Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education Department secretary appointed 22 new senior registrars at the Lahore General Hospital (LGH) and issued a notification in this regard.

Post Graduate Medical Institute Principal Dr Ghiasun Nabi Tayyab said that it would directly help in providing best health facilities to the patients. These new appointees would serve at the neurology, pediatrics, plastic surgery, general surgery, medicine and other departments of the hospital.

Those who have been appointed include Dr Waqas Noor Chughtai, Dr Faiq Sheikh, Dr Muhammad Rizwan, Dr Rabia Iqbal, Dr Rabia Maqsood, Dr Imran Shahzad, Dr Muhammad Nasir, Dr Abdul Qadoos, Dr Uneeba Syed, Dr Naseer Umar Bhatti, Dr Bilal Azim Butt, Dr Bushra Azam Hashmi, Dr Asad UIlah Mahmood, Dr Muhammad Asif, Dr Muhammad Adnan Hasham, Dr Rizwana Tariq, Dr Zahra Safdar, Dr Ayesha Mazhar and Dr Sumaira Fatima.
