On his 8th birthday, Azlan has 'strict' instructions for mom Mahira Khan

He doesn't want his mom calling him 'Janu', 'Baby' or 'Azzu' anymore

Renowned actress Mahira Khan’s son, eight-year-old Azlan, is "all grown up" and no longer wants his mom calling him by his nicknames "Jaan", "Baby" or "Azzu".

In fact, he has given specific instructions to Mahira not to treat him like a baby anymore.

Mahira, who has wowed audiences and earned acclaim for her work across the world, shared a message on her son's birthday with her Twitter followers.

In a tweet posted on Friday, Mahira wrote that on his 8th birthday Azlan had a few instructions for her.



According to Azlan, now that he has grown up, he should not be addressed with nicknames and instead should be called by his actual name.

“Strict instructions from Azlan - no calling me Jaan, baby or azzu! 8yrs old today and too cool for his mama. My one and only,” she wrote.

A couple of days ago Mahira posted a picture of the eight-year-old sleeping on her back on her Instagram account with a message saying that she was thankful every day to be his mother.
