During Thursday’s hearing, the defence lawyers contended that it was a mere traffic accident and the anti-terrorism clauses added to the case be removed and the case be tried in a criminal court.

After hearing both sides, the court reserved the judgement.

Later, Achakzai, the MPA, was produced before the court of Sessions Judge Justice Rashid Mahmood, in connection with another murder case. The accused was remanded into judicial custody till August 11.

Amir | 7 years ago | Reply it became a terrorist case when the honorable MPA ran away from the incidence, used his muscle to scare the police officials and others to look the other way, denied his involvement by lying, the whole establishment because of his influence sided with him. It was only CCTV and photos that proved he was driving, and than again his attitude was who cares? He will buy the family. So he is a terrorist of the other sort. Even if he is found guilty, his lawyers will find a back ache and he will be transferred to a hospital to serve his term in luxury. Only the poor in this country get "justice"
