NAB extends physical remand

LAHORE:  

An accountability court on Friday extended physical remand of an accused Abdul Manaf, involved in embezzlement of Rs10.21 million, for another 12 days.

Earlier, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials produced the accused before Accountability Court-V Judge Najamul Hassan on expiry of his remand term and requested for extending the physical remand for further interrogation.

NAB Lahore had arrested Pakistan Post’s serving Postmaster Shorkot Cantonment Abdul Manaf on charges of embezzlement of Rs10.21 million public money.
