Earlier this year, Opera launched an experimental browser called Neon that incorporated messaging apps within the browser.

Opera has now added some features of its experimental browser in a major design overhaul.

Codenamed “Reborn”, the re-design was built to enhance multitasking of the core messaging apps such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

The apps can be pinned side-by-side or overlayed with a current tab in the browser. Built-in messaging can majorly reduce the need for desktop versions of messengers.

In a blog post, Opera announced that the design changes will include a dark and light theme visual background, placing particular emphasis on visual effect.
