That is when matters took a turn for the worse as four men took him to an unknown location by force as soon as he sat in the rickshaw. The petitioner stated the men held him over for three hours and forced him to commit certain acts.
When the boy refused to oblige, one of the accused pulled out a pistol and forced the boy to sodomise them. He was adamant not to follow their orders and that is when the suspects threatened to kill him.
The petitioner said the accused also gave him sexual enhancement drugs which left him disoriented. He finally succumbed to the threats and the men released him after they were satisfied.
He claimed the accused dropped him near the Yateem Khana Chowk. The petitioner then approached the Nawan Kot police station, but his complaint was not taken seriously. He then approached the court and asked it to direct the station house officer concerned to register an FIR against the mentioned men.
The judge summoned the SHO of Nawan Kot police station.
