LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from Nawankot SHO in a petition filed by a Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz worker who sought a case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan.

The PML-N worker has decided to file a case against Imran over his alleged involvement in spreading anarchy by inciting people to assemble at Raiwind.

Shaikh Muzafar, the petitioner, said the PTI chief had caused losses worth Rs400billion to the economy through his previous sit-ins.

He added Imran delivered a speech at a procession on September 6 and vowed to go at Raiwind. The petitioner requested the court to direct the relevant SHO to register an FIR against the PTI chief.
