KARACHI: The residents of the city will see light rain and drizzle till Friday, Met office director Abdul Rashid told The Express Tribune on Wednesday.
The temperature will remain between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius in the city, he elaborated. Meanwhile, heavy downpour is expected to hit lower areas of Sindh, including Mirpurkhas, Thatta and Badin, he stated, adding that the new system had suddenly developed from the Eastern end in Rajasthan, India and travelled towards Sindh in Pakistan. Due to this spell, various areas in Sindh, such as Mithi and Chorr, witnessed rainfall on Tuesday. There were also reports of light rain in various areas of the city.
