LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Monday sought comments from the Ghalib Market SHO on a petition filed by a woman seeking the registration of a case against her husband for allegedly selling their daughter. Petitioner Najma Bibi said that she had married Amanullah.  “My husband tried to force me into prostitution but I refused. Later, he sold one of our daughters. I learned of what had happened and hid her,” she said. She said she had asked police to register a case against her husband but they had refused to do so.
