Titled 'Mom', the film will feature Sridevi as Sajal's mother.

After creating waves on TV, Sajal Aly is all set to make her Bollywood debut.

The Gul-e-Rana actor has bagged a role alongside legendary actress, Sridevi, in a film titled Mom. Produced by Sridev's husband Boney Kapoor, Mom is a women-centric film that features Sridevi as a stepmother who is in conflict with her 18-year-old daughter, reports Bollywood Hungama.

Bollywood not on Sajal Ali’s bucket-list

Apparently, Sajal will be essaying the role of her daughter. Sajal recently landed in Georgia to shoot for the film where she was spotted on set with the Kapoor clan.

Sridevi was also seen spending some quality time with her daughter Jhanvi Kapoor. There have been rumours about Jhanvi making her Bollywood debut soon.

Meet the doe-eyed starlet

Apart from Sajal, Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui will also be sharing screenspace with Sridevi for the first time. He will be seen in a cameo appearance in Mom which is being directed by Ravi Udyawar.

These 5 'bahus' and 'betis' of Pakistani TV are unrecognisable off-screen

“Yes, it’s true Nawazuddin will be sharing the screen space with Sridevi. The film is titled Mom. It’s a very unusual script, but right now we can’t disclose much about his character in the film,” the actor's representative confirmed to Indian Express.

No one terrorized Fawad or Mahira. Instead of being thankful that India gives opportunity to your actors, you make these nasty unsubstantiated comments. @sunny: Indian movies are designed for Indian audiences. Why should Oscar be the basis for judging how good they are?
