Man arrested for killing three children in Karachi

Reports say man worked for victims' father and killed them owing to 'bad behaviour' towards him

KARACHI: Less than 24 hours of the heart-wrenching incident, police officials claimed on Wednesday to have arrested a suspect for allegedly killing three children in Karachi, SHO Mominabad Police Station confirmed.

According to reports, the suspect, Hasnain, who was around 19 years old, worked for the victims' father. It was Sharifuddin's behaviour towards the servant, Hasnain, which made him commit the henious crime, the reports added.

Three children strangled to death in Karachi

On Tuesday, bodies of three children, strangled to death, were found from a house in Karachi, spreading panic among the residents of the area.

According to sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) Mominabad, the children were found in a house also offering catering services as Sharifuddin Pakwan Centre near Hyderi Imambargah in Orangi Town No10.

The children were identified as five-year-old Aqsa and 12-year-old Nimrah, daughters of Sharifuddin, and four to five-year-old Ali, son of Nasir.
