Regulation: Committees formed to register private schools

Applications for registration can be submitted at the Education EDO’s office

Education Executive District Officer Bashir Ahmad Zahid Goraya has constituted 26 committees to register all private schools in Faisalabad. A spokesperson of the Education Department said on Wednesday that each committee would have seven members. He said each team would visit private schools which have applied for registration in their assigned areas. Applications for registration can be submitted at the Education EDO’s office. He said scrutiny of the documents would be completed in six days.


After the scrutiny, applications would be forwarded to respective committee and at least three members of each committee will visit school premises. The committee members will check and inspect the school building, enrolment statistics, tuition fees, teachers’ salaries and other records. After completing all necessary requirements, schools will be registered without delay, he said.
