Convocation: 450 students graduate from IU

KARACHI: Around 450 students were awarded degrees at the 14th convocation of Iqra University (IU) on December 13 at its Defence View campus. The students graduated in different programmes, including media sciences, computer sciences, telecommunication engineering, electronics engineering, fashion and textile design, marketing education and business administration. University chancellor Hunaid H Lakhani addressed the graduating students and urged them to dedicate their lives to hard work. In his address, Lakhani spoke about the university’s achievements in the fields of academics, research and extra-curricular activities. The successful students were awarded Bachelor’s, Master’s, MPhil and PhD degrees.
