The Central Secretary General of Jamaat-i-Islami Liaquat Baloch has said that he favours Dr Malik continuing as chief minister Balochistan.
He stated that “it is my personal wish and suggestion that Dr Malik should remain as the Chief Minister of Balochistan for the rest of tenure which will be better for the people of Balochistan.”
He expressed these views while talking to the business community and replying to the questions of media persons during his visit to the office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Quetta.
Meanwhile, Provincial Home Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has denied speculation that he is in the running for the province’s top slot.
