FAISALABAD:
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has awarded its Faisalabad region team with the ‘Region of the Month’ shield in recognition of outstanding efforts for providing best customer care and outreach services in January.
Executive Vice President Customer Care Kamran Malik and Executive Vice President Contact Centres Junaid Azeem presented the award to Regional General Manager Muhammad Abrar Chaudhry at a ceremony held at One Stop Shop CTX, Faisalabad.
Other PTCL officials were also present on the occasion.
