Roundup: A spectacle on her own
Deepika and Ranbir have created buzz with the promotion rounds for their upcoming film Tamasha
LAHORE:
Deepika and Ranbir have created buzz with the promotion rounds for their upcoming film Tamasha. The former couple has often been lauded for their fiery and effortless chemistry, which has always translated to the screen.
Known for her feminine sense of style, Deepika really upped her sartorial game with some eclectic choices for her public appearances. But of course, not every look worked in her favour. Here’s a roundup of a few of the looks she sported.
Maxi-ing it up
The Bong beauty impressed us the most with this effortlessly cool look. Present at the Mehboob Studio in Mumbai, the star looked nothing short of ravishing. She wore an Alexander Wang maxi, which would have been great even on its own but she added a dash of oomph to it by pairing it with an Anushka Khanna jacket. The belt accentuated her statuesque figure and the casual flats proved to be a great neutral addition to this chic look. Deeps gave us major outfit inspiration here.
Round up of Deepika's sartorial Tamasha
Suiting our fancy
Deepika suited up for her appearance on the sets of reality TV show I Can Do It. She wore a gorgeous Shehla Khan Brocade suit and rolled up the pants and sleeves to give a casual feel to the ensemble. She left her hair open in loose curls and accessorised with Vinita Micheal earrings and mirrored pumps, which added the right amount of drama to the statement outfit. Berry lips, which seem to be her favorite lip colour this season, rounded off her look.
Are we seeing stars?
The leggy beauty rarely disappoints in the sartorial department but this was a clear fashion faux pas. She wore a star-printed denim shirt from H&M and teamed it with a matching pair of denim pants from One Teaspoon. While we’re all for matching separates, this print just did not work for us. The denims were distressed and ill-fitted. She completed her look with a neat ponytail, subtle make-up and bright red pumps from Christian Louboutin that we loved.
