Arttech summit: ‘Event to integrate art, culture and tech’

A large number of experts will be speaking at the event

ArtTech will discuss the intersection between art, culture and technology, Peshawar 2.0 Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Faisal Khan told The Express Tribune on Wednesday. “The confluence of these three mediums will be discussed with young people by internationally renowned experts in their respective fields,” he added. The two-day festival will kick off on November 20 at Museum Hall in the city. It has been organised by Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) and Peshawar 2.0 with support of the World Bank. According to Faisal, the festival will focus on storytelling, designing and innovation, and these themes will be integrated with information technology. A large number of experts will be speaking at the event. These include Heritage Foundation Pakistan Chief Executive Yasmin Lari, filmmaker Beth Grannis and Brazilian filmmaker and educationist Pedro Branco.
