Unacknowledged efforts: Golden jubilee of TV artist celebrated
The provincial government has failed to implement its slogan of justice

Senior PTV’s Peshawar Television artist Arshad Abbasi completed 50 years of work in the field. At an event held at Hazara Abasin Arts Council in Abbottabad on Monday to celebrate his golden jubilee, Abbasi said, “The provincial government has failed to implement its slogan of justice and this is evident from the culture of nepotism in K-P.” Abbasi, who is also known as Baba Ji, is among the very few renowned television artists of the province. He has famous TV and stage shows and radio plays to his credit.
