Service Industries Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire the majority stake in a newly set up footwear manufacturing company in the export promotion zone of Katunayake in Sri Lanka. Service Industries Limited CEO Omar Saeed and Almar Group Joint MD Asanga were present at the event to sign the MOU.
