"We are neighbours and should live like good neighbours, while taking into consideration the feelings of Kashmiris," the premier said while chairing a meeting in Lahore.
Presiding over the meeting at the Punjab Governor House, PM Nawaz spoke on the Kashmir issue which he raised at the 70th UN General Assembly last month.

"I told UNO that it was their security council's order to find solutions which they should now make sure are implemented," he said, adding that, "I also gave proposals of how to improve relations with India."
The premier further said the government was giving equal importance to the development of all sectors across the country as he was briefed about the Orange Line train service in Lahore.
"We are improving and growing in every sector," the premier informed while chairing a meeting in Lahore ahead of polling in NA 122.
He informed officials that the government is currently working towards the generation of cheap electricity which will not only improve the economy of the country, but will also enable low income households to afford it.
The premier also briefed those in attendance of the meeting that "along with transport, the government is giving equal importance to education, health and agriculture sectors and working towards their development."
"All these developments will create employment opportunities and there will be economic progression in the country," PM Nawaz added.
He further said that the metro bus projects have successfully been completed in Islamabad and Lahore while work on the project in Multan has also started and is expected to be completed soon.

Discussing LNG power projects, the premier said that the Ministry of Petroleum and Ministry of Water and Power are working in close coordination to complete the projects.
"Along with LNG, a total of 3,600 megawatts would be added by the summer of 2017," he informed.
Further, PM Nawaz assured that the metro bus projects will also be launched in other cities in order to provide cheap and dignified transport to the people of the country.
"Once the metro is operational, about 0.35 million people to travel by it every day rather than risking their lives in overcrowded buses," he added.
