HANGU: Unidentified men opened fire on two men on Wrasta Road, Hangu. One of the individuals, Munir Rehman, died on the spot, while the second victim was injured and remained unidentified till the time this report was filed. Meanwhile, a house was damaged when an explosive was detonated by unidentified militants in Shaheed Abad at midnight on Thursday. No injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident. Baliameena police said the explosive was planted near the house of Malik Khalil. The blast damaged part of the boundary. A letter was also found ten metres from the site, demanding Rs1 million from Khalil. The threatening letter was ascribed to a banned militant group.
