Police Action: 30 held on various charges

ISLAMABAD: Police have arrested 30 outlaws including 23 professional alm-seekers from various areas of the city and recovered narcotics, weapons and a stolen bike from their possession, a police spokesperson said. Shahzad Town police arrested Adil Mehmood and recovered stolen bike from him. Secretariat police arrested thieves Liaquat Ali and Zeeshan and recovered stolen valuables from their possession. Karachi Company police arrested drug-pusher Rizwan and recovered 330 grammes of hashish from him. CIA police arrested Amanullah, an illegal Afghan national. Ramana police arrested a drug-pusher named Muhammad Shakeel and recovered 510 grammes of hashish from him. Khanna police arrested Amir Shahzad and recovered one illegal 30-bore pistol and ammunition from him.
