Medialogic controversy: Hashmi supports Express Group’s demand for probe

Says the matter can be resolved by forming a JIT

MULTAN: Throwing his weight behind Express News, senior politician Makhdoom Javed Hashmi has endorsed the TV channel’s demand to set up an inquiry committee or joint investigation team (JIT) to resolve the controversy related to Medialogic.

“In this modern era, we should have institutions that can provide true media ratings,” he said. Hashmi said the current crisis can be resolved by accepting Express News’s demand to initiate in inquiry into the case.
