TalhaAhmed | 13 years ago | Reply This is redicilous, the recent decision to close shops at 8 pm seems good on paper or in notifications, but in reality it has become a nightmare for shopkeepers, i myself run a shop dealing in computer equipments, and police have been annoying me for the last 3 days, instructing me to close my shop at 9 pm. But the most rediculous part is, there are 2 amusement parks in my locality that are at full liberty to operate until after 9 pm.
Syed A. Mateen | 13 years ago | Reply Despite Sindh Government’s notification, all shops were open after 8pm. The traders do not have any soft corner for the residents of Karachi who are facing unending load-shedding. If the shops will be closed by 8pm, the electricity can be diverted from commercial plaza to the poor residents who wait for the whole day and night to switch on their fans and lights. Despite massive load-shedding by KESC, the consumers are going to receive as usual the inflated electricity bills to pay. Is there any justice in the country or not?
