Crackdown: PFA seals more food outlets

LAHORE: The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) on Wednesday took action against several food outlets over unhygienic food and working conditions. A PFA team sealed the Allama Iqbal Medical College and Mayo Hospital’s canteens. PFA Gulberg Town team sealed Fry Chicken, Falcon Inn, Pizza Café, Iqbalian Store, Cook Door and Dr Ice and Juice Shop. The Samanabad team fined Gourmet Sweets and Bakers, Islamia Park. The authority fined the canteen of Central Group of Colleges Poonch Road. The PFA Allama Iqbal Town team sealed Amjad Samosa Unit in Johar Town G1 Block. The authority’s Data Ganj Buksh Town Team sealed Lasani Restaurant at Lakshmi Chowk.
