The Islamabad High Court will take up a petition seeking that MQM be declared a “foreign-funded political party working in a manner prejudicial to Pakistan’s sovereignty” today.
The petition filed by Mazhar Iqbal, an Islamabad resident, through his counsel barrister Masroor Shah also seeks that the court declare MQM a party that indulged in terrorism.
