Encouraging Trade: TDAP all set to promote products globally
TDAP CEO said a special counter for women exporters had also been set up at all provincial headquarters

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) has offered incentive packages to exporters for holding expos throughout the world for promotion of Pakistani products. Presiding over a meeting of office bearers of the Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry, TDAP Chief Executive Officer SM Munir said efforts were under way to explore the foreign markets. He said in order to fully encourage women entrepreneurs, a nominal fee of Rs15,000 per stall will be charged at all foreign expos. He said a special counter for women exporters had also been set up at all provincial headquarters. Munir said a committee had also been constituted to study proposals and recommendations put forth by chambers to further improve the overall working of the authority in line with international standards.
