ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad Police SSP Sajid Kiyani has penalised nine police officials after they were found either absent from duty or violating service discipline.

Islamabad Police SSP Sajid Kiyani has penalised nine police officials after they were found either absent from duty or violating service discipline.
Two officials have been dismissed from service, five issued notices, one faced service forfeiture, while another was demoted.
The SSP took action
after he visited various locations and checkposts in the city.
A police source said that head constables Imran and Tariq were dismissed from service for being absent from a sensitive location.
Five other officials were issued show-cause notices, while service of Inspector Arshad Mahmood has been confiscated for two years. ASI Ashraf Chisiti was demoted and made head constable.
