The Sindh Abadgar Board (SAB), a lobbying organisation of farmers, rejected the proposition for the construction of the Kalabagh dam. It will affect the cultivation of crops in Sindh, said the SAB spokesperson. According to the official, two million acres of land in Sindh’s katcha areas is irrigated by the flood.
