QUETTA: Pakistan’s former ambassador to Oman Nawabzada Aminullah Raisani has said that India is involved in destabilising Pakistan by fueling terrorism in Balochistan in order to sabotage the multibillion-dollar China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project. “India has publicly said that the economic corridor project is not acceptable to it,” Raisani said while speaking to the media in Quetta on Tuesday. He alleged that Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing was responsible for terrorist activities in the province in order to destabilise Pakistan. “Bomb blasts and targeted killings will not stop development work in the province,” he said, adding that the sacrifices of Pakistan Army would not go to waste. Regarding the MQM, the former envoy said the government has failed to take action against those parties which were promoting the agenda of the country’s enemy. He appreciated the Pakistan Army’s role in fighting terrorists.
