Twitter alert: Taseer for man of the year?
Taseer laments Zuckerberg winning man of the year, while Shahbaz Sharif sees "no significant political changes" soon.
While some politicians use Twitter to express their genuine emotions, others use it as yet another forum to repeat the rhetoric they use on television talk shows.
As expected, Governor Punjab Salman Taseer remains the 'funny man' in politics, while MNA Marvi Memon continues to tweet about her humanitarian expeditions. Former president Pervez Musharraf is busy trying to gather support for his party, while Ijazul Haq's page looks like a mini Wikipedia entry on China's history and Ashura.
So Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook fame has been chosen for Time Magazine’s man of the year. Hmm... Guess I'll have to wait till next year.
I look forward to meeting my friends and supporters in Abu Dhabi, UAE on the 20th of December 2010. Pakistan First! PM
Spending three days with Chinese prime minister as minister in waiting.
Dynamics are slowly changing for good but I see no significant political changes immediately taking shape in the country.
I am glad I chose Gilgit for Ashur. It was very well appreciated.
We must be careful not to attack one another. Too many haters playing divide and rule.
19,664 terrorists/militants killed in Pakistan from 2003 to 2010. Are we still not doing enough?
Today China is far ahead of its competitors with enormous reserves and a prospering economy.
