Everyone needs healthcare and justice; therefore, it is observed that after hospitals, a huge number of people come to courts for relief. These views were expressed by the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) Director General (DG) Fakhar Hayat in the certificate award ceremony of one-week course on ”Skill –Based Alternative Dispute Resolution and New Laws” for civil judges-cum-magistrates at the academy on Saturday.

“Help these people in pain and grief by providing them with expeditious justice,” he added.

He said, “All of us love justice and hate evil and injustice, therefore, I will urge all of you here to use your knowledge and
skills gained during the training and play an effective role to provide justice to the public.”

Extending a word of advice to the young judicial officers, he said, “A judge should, in all circumstances, act impartially. A judge should never compromise his impartiality. A judge should never lose his patience and a judge should be guided in his activities by principles of professional conduct.”

In the end, he distributed certificates among 22 young judicial officers from across Pakistan.
