Landmark: PU ranked 15th among South Asian universities

The CSIC issues ranking of World Universities every year evaluating more than 20,000 universities

Punjab University has secured 15th position in South Asia according to a ranking of more than 20,000 universities. Conducted by Cybermetrics Lab, a research group belonging to the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, the largest public research body in Spain, the PU has topped among Pakistani universities. A statement issued by the PU on Thursday said, the Aga Khan University and the National University of Science and Technology have secured 2nd and 3rd positions. The CSIC issues ranking of World Universities every year evaluating more than 20,000 universities.
