Karachi Heat Wave: EU voices sympathy over deaths
The EU delegation pays tribute to the relief efforts by health and hospital services who are providing aid

The European Union (EU) on Thursday expressed its sympathy with the families of Karachi’s heat wave victims who lost their dear ones due to unusual weather conditions during the last few days. “The EU delegation will like to express its sympathy and solidarity with the families and friends of more than 1,000 people who died during the recent heat wave,” said an EU statement on Thursday. “The EU delegation pays tribute to the relief efforts by health and hospital services who are providing aid to those in need,” it said.
