The Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan (LJCP) and the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) on Tuesday inked a memorandum of understanding to launch new research in policy, training, rule of law and policy initiative, said a press release by the institute.


The agreement was signed by LJCP Secretary Barrister Sarwar Khan and SDPI Executive Director Dr Abid Suleri.

According to the MoU, both organisations will develop new research proposals in relevant areas, share data for joint research and policy formulation, institutional strengthening initiatives through capacity building.

Suleri also sought support of LJCP in arranging training for parliamentarians in legal drafting.
