He was speaking on the second-day of the three-day scout camp organised by the PBSA in collaboration with the Pakistan-US Alumni Network (PUAN) and the US Embassy, here on Saturday.
Baloch said that scouting played a positive role in the physical, mental and emotional development of the young.
He thanked the Boy Scouts of America for donating Rs3.5 million to the PBSA and for inviting 10 selected scouts from Pakistan to the US, for further training and development.
The US Ambassador, Richard Olson visited the camp on Saturday. “Being a member of various scout associations from age seven to 21, I am positive that you will be picking up valuable lessons and healthy habits that will remain a part of your personality for life,” said Olsen in his speech to the participants.
