Agriculture and Fisheries Department will start issuing permits from Tuesday
ISLAMABAD:
After the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration lifted the ban on angling in Rawal Lake, the Agriculture and Fisheries Department will start issuing permits from Tuesday (today). A fisheries department official said the ban had been imposed due to the breeding season of fish in the lake. “Now that the breeding season is over, we will start issuing licenses,” he said. Fisheries Assistant Warden Amir Ghafoor said a one-day permit would be available for Rs200.
